Technology and advantages

Stretch aluminum veneer is a new high-end metal decorative material made of aluminum alloy as the main material. According to the grid size, shape and structure designed on the project site, it is formed through CNC bending and other technologies, and sprayed. The transparent grid of the aluminum grid veneer is simple, beautiful and integrated, which can visually beautify the room without making people feel distressed. The grid pattern is rich, strong and wear-resistant, and does not contain harmful gases such as formaldehyde. Non-toxic and environmentally friendly, you no longer have to worry about the odors from paint and glue causing harm to your body after decoration. The basic materials of aluminum plates include 1100H24, 1060H24, 3003H24, 5005H24 and other single-layer aluminum alloy plates for curtain walls.

Curved aluminum veneer is mainly made of high-quality aluminum alloy plates and pressed by a 3D CNC arc rolling machine. It is one of the subdivided products of aluminum veneer. It is individual, fashionable and graceful in curves, and is easy to create an artistic atmosphere. For decorative purposes, it is mostly used for ceiling installation in large indoor lecture halls. The curved aluminum veneer can be adjusted according to the size of the place of use. It has high plasticity and can be drilled on the surface. It can provide sound absorption when combined with the filling material behind it. The use of curved aluminum veneers in conference rooms, lecture halls and other places with high sound requirements can refract sound waves in all directions, achieve an ideal sound reverberation time, and make the sound louder and richer. Perforated aluminum veneer is an ordinary aluminum veneer that is processed into various perforated shapes according to customer requirements and actual engineering conditions using various CNC equipment and then sprayed with fluorocarbon. Finally, the veneer is sprayed with fluorocarbon to form a perforated aluminum veneer. In addition to the various advantages of ordinary aluminum veneers, perforated aluminum veneers also have various perforation styles. There is filler on the back of the aluminum plate, which can absorb and insulate sound. When used in outdoor curtain walls, perforations allow wind to pass through, thereby reducing wind resistance and improving aesthetics.

This product is a fluorocarbon aluminum veneer with strong weather resistance and anti-corrosion properties, and a service life of 10-15 years.
